REGULATION 9 =E2=80=93 REGISTRATION FEES

9.2       = All=20 registration refunds will withhold $50 minimum.  The exception will be if a = player has=20 been injured and will eventually return to his/her = team

Note: All import players trying = out for AA=20 teams will not be considered registered with AMHA until they make the = team. If=20 they do not make the team, then all registration fees will be returned = and are=20 not subject to the $50 minimum withholding fee.

a)    = Refunds of registration fees will be = given for=20 players who quit AMHA according to the following schedule:

PLEASE=20 NOTE:

c)    = If a player encounters an injury where = they=20 cannot play/practice for a period of time but there is a possibility of=20 returning to his/her team for league play, a refund (of the AMHA=20 registration fees only) will be determined on a case-by-case=20 scenario.  A player must = be out of=20 commission for a minimum of 4 weeks before any refunds will be = considered.  A doctor=E2=80=99s note, = indicating extent of=20 injury, length of absence from hockey and subsequent authorization to = return to=20 play on a specific date must be given to an AMHA representative in order = to=20 determine the amount of the reimbursement.

NOTE=20 that no refunds shall be given out after February 1.=20
